A 90 day AI roadmap for operations teams
Skip the moonshots. This is the sequence we use to get an operations team from first workshop to a production system in one quarter.

Most AI roadmaps fail because they start with the technology. Ours starts with the work your team does every day and the hours it costs.
Days 1 to 14: find the work
We interview the people doing the work and time each step. The best first projects are high volume, rule heavy and painful, like triaging inbound requests or matching documents to records.
Days 15 to 30: pick one metric
Every project gets exactly one success metric that the business already tracks, such as hours per week or time to first response. If we cannot measure it today, we set up the measurement first.
Days 31 to 75: ship in shadow mode
The system runs next to your team and proposes decisions without acting on them. This builds trust, surfaces edge cases and gives us a clean before and after comparison.
Days 76 to 90: go live with guardrails
We switch on automation for the cases the system handles well and keep humans in the loop for the rest. Monitoring and alerts go live the same day.
By day 90 you have one system in production, a measured result and a ranked list of what to build next.
