How do payments work?
Every invoice appears in your client portal the moment it is issued. You can pay by card through Stripe in a couple of clicks, and the invoice is marked paid as soon as the payment goes through.
Do you charge for model and hosting costs?
Model usage and hosting are billed to your own accounts at cost, so you always own the infrastructure. We estimate these costs up front and report on them every month.
Can we start small and move to a retainer later?
Yes. Most clients start with Launch to prove one use case, then move to Growth once the first system is live. Launch fees can be credited toward your first Growth month.
Who owns the code and the prompts?
You do. Everything we build for you, including code, prompts, evaluation sets and documentation, is yours from the day it is delivered.
What happens to our data?
We use the least access needed, configure model providers so your data is not used for training, and sign your NDA or data processing agreement before kickoff.
Do you work with teams outside Pakistan?
Yes. We work with teams in more than 15 countries from our Gujranwala HQ, with a fixed weekly demo slot and async updates in the portal so time zones never slow a project down.
