The challenge
Associates at Atlas spent most of a day on the first pass of every master services agreement, checking clauses against a playbook that lived in a 40 page document.
What we built
We encoded the playbook into a scoring rubric and built a review assistant inside the tools the team already uses. It scores each clause, explains the risk and suggests a redline with a link to precedent. A lawyer approves every suggestion.
The result
First pass review is 72% faster, the team reviewed more than 1,200 contracts in the first 90 days, and an independent audit found no missed high risk clauses.
